Catholicate College has a counselling centre, the Sophia Counselling Centre, which provides essential counselling and emotional support to students. It offers a safe space for students to share their concerns, receive guidance and develop strategies to cope with problems and challenges. In collaboration with the Sophia Counselling Centre and Jeevani, initiative by the Government of Kerala, the Counselling Cell focuses on promoting the mental health and emotional well-being of the college community.
