Vice President – Elected by the Association from among the members who are not on the staff of this college
Treasurer – College Bursar (Ex. Officio)
Secretary – Nominated by the Principal from among the members who are on the staff of the college
Joint Secretary – Elected by the Association from among the members who are not on the staff of the college
Twelve members nominated by the Principal who are on the staff of the college, of which one shall be a lady member
Twelve members elected by the Association who are not on the staff of the college
Five members co-opted by the Principal who are members of the Association working outside Kerala / abroad
Secretaries of chapters outside Kerala (Ex-Officio)
