A rejuvenating yoga session was held to promote academic wellness, emotional balance, and stress management. Conducted by Ms. Soumya Jose (Dept. of Malayalam) at the Yoga Centre, the session included practical yoga and meditation techniques. Students participated enthusiastically with yoga mats, benefiting from guided relaxation activities that supported better focus, concentration, and holistic wellbeing.
