As part of the Swachh Bharat Mission and environmental conservation efforts, NSS Unit
No.10 of Catholicate College, Pathanamthitta conducted a cleaning drive and tree
planting programme at the Pathanamthitta Collectorate on 11/6/2025 .
The programme began with a brief inauguration, followed by the systematic cleaning
of the premises by NSS volunteers. Volunteers collected waste materials, cleaned
surroundings, and ensured proper disposal. The drive aimed to promote cleanliness in
public spaces and set an example for the community.
Following the cleaning activity, a tree planting ceremony was held within the
Collectorate compound. Officials from the Collectorate and college st actively
participated and appreciated the efforts of the NSS team.
