Sports
The Department of Physical Education is taking care of the Sports Activities of the College. The Department caters to the physical well-being of all students of the college. Facilities for games and athletics are provided under the supervision of qualified coaches. Intercollegiate tournaments in Volleyball (Catholicate Trophy), Football (Mar Philoxenos Memorial Trophy) and Softball (Mar Eusebius Memorial Trophy) are the annual events. The department has completed two minor project and has one ongoing
extension programme. We have sports hostel for Softball (Men & Women) sanctioned by the Kerala State Sports Council. Health Club facilities are open for all students and teachers. Department secured third position among the colleges of M G university for the best performing college in sports for the year 2017-18 & 2018-19. The department offers open course in the V semester titled Physical Health and Life Skills Education.
