College Inauguration

The college was formally inaugurated on August 6th 1952 by the Honorable Raja Pramukh of Travancore - Cochin, H.E. (late) Sri. Chithira Thirunal Raja Raja Varma.The most virtuous H.H. Baselius Geevarghese II laid the foundation of this educational institution on the serene hilltop at Makkamkunnu, west of Pathanamthitta town, Kerala. In 1952 the college was affiliated to the university of Travancore, then University of Kerala. Now it is affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University Kottayam..
